Lentil, Mushroom and Potato Stew
This is another great fix it and forget it crockpot dinners!

mushrooms
sliced

potatoes
cubed

vegetable broth

yellow onion
chopped

cloves
garlic
minced

teaspoon
dried thyme

bay leaf

green lentils
sea salt to taste
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a slow cooker.
Cook for about 6-8 hours on low.
Or cook for 3-4 hours on high.
Check to make sure the potatoes are soft.
Notes
You can use whatever mushrooms you like portabella, button or chanterelle, really what ever you like or have gathered.
