Slice and chop the apples and 4 kiwi, and place into a small saucepan.
Add the add sugar and grated lime peel and bring to simmer for about 5 minutes, or until it the fruit has softened.
Let the kiwi apple mixture cool.
Pre-heat your oven to 350F.
Prepare a loaf pan lined with parchment paper and set aside.
In the mixing bowl of a stand up mixer, beat the eggs and olive oil with the whisk attachment.
In a separate bowl, blend your flour, baking powder and salt.
Add the flour mixture to the egg and oil mixture along with the lime juice and mix well.
Once the kiwi mixture is cool, add the baking soda and stir, lots of bubbles will form.
Add the Kiwi mixture to the standup mixer and mix everything well.
Spoon the batter into your prepared loaf pan.
Peel and slice the remaining two kiwi and arrange on top of the batter
Bake for 45 to 55 minutes.
Cool in pan, serve warm.
Garnish with powdered sugar.
