Ingredients

large shrimp
peeled and deveined, tails on

cup
fresh orange juice
1-1/2
teaspoons
grated orange zest
2
cloves
garlic
minced

tablespoons
olive oil

tablespoon
chopped fresh thyme + fresh sprigs

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper
Instructions
In a shallow dish or large Ziploc bag, combine shrimp, orange juice, orange zest, garlic, oil, chopped thyme, salt and pepper.
Toss to coat shrimp.
Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or a few hours.
Once the shrimp have marinated, skewer them on skewers.
Place skewers onto a preheated grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes on high heat, flipping them half way.
Cooking time all depends on the heat of the grill how big the shrimp are.
