In a large Ziplock bag, combine buttermilk, hot sauce, and spices.
Add chicken and mix to combine.
Seal up the bag and marinate up to 24 hours or you can use right away.
In a medium bowl, whisk the flour and spices for breading.
Dredge chicken in the flour mixture and press flour on the top chicken to form a thick crust.
Transfer chicken to air fryer pan in a single layer without overlapping.
Generously spray chicken with oil. Set the Air fryer to 375F and the timer to 30 minutes and start.
Flip the chicken half way through while cooking and lightly spray the other side with oil.
Continue cooking for 15 minutes or until chicken is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Repeat with the remaining chicken as needed.
