Place the steak in a baking dish or large zip bag, set aside.
Place the rest of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
Pour the marinade on top of the steak and turn the steak a few times to completely coat it with the marinade.
Place in the fridge and refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.
Preheat a grill for at medium-high heat (400-450°F).
Remove steak from marinade.
Grill steaks with the lid closed for 4-8 minutes per side, depending on the thickness.
Remove steaks from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
Slice thinly against the grain and serve with your favorite condiments.
