  • 4 tablespoons ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons ground nutmeg

  1. Combine all ingredients in an airtight glass jar.
  2. Place the lid on the jar and mix vigorously.
  3. Label and use in all your recipes that call for Pumpkin Spice!
